Making a Referral

Graduates of the UNC Neonatal Critical Care Center who meet the criteria for Special Infant Care Clinic (SICC) will have a follow-up scheduled at the time of discharge.

In the event you have a patient you would like to refer to the clinic, please fax the referral to 984-974-7857. Please review the attached criteria details. If you have questions about whether your patient qualifies for SICC, contact our Nurse Coordinator at 984-974-2447.
