A PCP referral is now needed for the clinic. Your physician can place a referral through EPIC (Ambulatory Referral to “Pediatrics”, Select the Department: ‘UNCH Children’s Down Syndrome Chapel Hill’) or send a fax to 984-364-3890. This is the process for both pediatric and adult patient referrals.
