The play atrium, located on the seventh floor of N.C. Children’s Hospital, is designed to feel like an outdoor park. The atrium features playground equipment, trees with lights, a rocky stream painted on the rubber-foam floor and windows that allow for great natural light. The Play Atrium is supervised by Recreational Therapy and Child Life.
