We provide high-quality primary care to children and adolescents from birth through age 21. Lactation consulting, Spanish interpreter on site, radiology and pharmacy nearby. Free parking, access to Chapel Hill buses.
We provide routine well care, sick visits, and follow up for chronic conditions. We are committed to delivering excellent and equitable care for all children in our region regardless of ethnicity, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or ability to pay. We welcome all children, including those who have complex medical needs.

Pediatric Primary Care
Offering prompt, friendly, and comprehensive primary care for “kids” of all ages, from newborn to age 21. This resident-training clinic provides high quality primary care to children while also training the next generation of pediatricians.

Adolescent Medicine
This clinic provides specialized services, provided by several of the state's only board certified Adolescent Medicine Specialist, to adolescents and young adults, ages 10-21.
Services include:
- Reproductive Health
- Contraception, including long-acting reversible contraception
- Sexually transmitted infections
- Sports medicine
- Pubertal development
Lactation Services
All Lactation Consultants at UNC Children’s Primary and Specialty Care are International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). Lactation Consultants see infants attending routine well-baby visits for general breastfeeding support. In addition, Lactation Consultants provide consultations for infants experiencing breastfeeding difficulties, such as difficult latch, poor weight gain, and other concerns. Our goal is to help mothers and babies to have a rewarding and successful breastfeeding experiences, while promoting confidence in nursing.
